AB39-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB39-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 5, line 12: after that line insert:

AB39-ASA1-AA2,1,3 "8. One member representing labor.

AB39-ASA1-AA2,1,4 9. One member representing inspectors of manufactured homes.".

AB39-ASA1-AA2,1,5 2. Page 22, line 14: delete "shall" and substitute "may".

AB39-ASA1-AA2,1,6 3. Page 23, line 7: delete "and the remaining" and substitute "the".

AB39-ASA1-AA2,1,7 4. Page 23, line 8: delete "to 7." and substitute "and 6.".

AB39-ASA1-AA2,1,10 5. Page 23, line 9: after "2008" insert "; and the remaining initial members appointed under section 15.157 (13) (a) 7. to 9. of the statutes, as created by this act, shall be appointed for terms that expire on July 1, 2009".
