AB47-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB47-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 2: delete the material beginning with "940.225" and ending with "948.02" on line 3 and substitute "948.02".

AB47-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 12: delete " (1) or" and substitute "(1) or".

AB47-AA1,1,8 3. Page 2, line 17: delete lines 17 to 19 and substitute "material at any time, for a violation of s. 940.225 (1) or (2), or within 12 months after comparison of the deoxyribonucleic acid profile relating to the violation results in a probable identification of the person, for a violation of s. 940.225 (2).".
