AB47-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB47-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 10: after that line insert:

AB47-SA1,1,3 " Section 4m. Nonstatutory provisions.

AB47-SA1,1,10 (1) Notwithstanding sections 893.05 and 893.587 of the statutes, a person who was injured as the result of sexual contact by a member of the clergy at any time in the past may bring an action under section 895.71 (2) of the statutes for all damages caused by that sexual contact within one year after the effective date of this subsection. The person injured need not show a failure to report the sexual contact under section 895.71 (2) (b) 1. of the statutes in order to recover under this subsection.".
