AB602-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB602-AA3,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "trespassing" insert "and limiting the number of times an assessor and an assessor's staff may enter land".

AB602-AA3,1,4 2. Page 1, line 3: before that line insert:

AB602-AA3,1,5 " Section 1b. 70.05 (6) of the statutes is created to read:

AB602-AA3,1,10 70.05 (6) No assessor or assessor's staff to whom this section applies may enter a particular parcel of property, for the purpose of making an assessment, more than 3 times per year, and the total amount of time that the assessor or assessor's staff may spend on a particular parcel of property during the year may not exceed 8 hours.".

AB602-AA3,1,11 3. Page 1, line 3: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1m".
