AB87-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB87-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: delete lines 2 to 4 and substitute:

AB87-AA1,1,5 "36.27 (2) (b) 5. If a member of the armed forces meets the conditions of s. 45.001 (4) (a) 2. and is serving on active duty, all of the following are entitled to the exemption under par. (a):

AB87-AA1,1,6 a. A member's spouse.

AB87-AA1,1,7 b. A member's surviving spouse.

AB87-AA1,1,10 c. A member's child under the age of 18 years; under the age of 26 if in full attendance at an institution; or any age if incapable of self-support because of mental or physical disability.".
