AB968-ASA1-AA1,1,2 1. Page 17, line 6: delete "to (4)" and substitute ", (2),".

AB968-ASA1-AA1,1,3 2. Page 17, line 10: after that line insert:

AB968-ASA1-AA1,1,5 "(2m) The treatment of section 73.14 (3) of the statutes first applies to audits commencing on or after the effective date of this subsection.

AB968-ASA1-AA1,1,7 (2n) The treatment of section 73.14 (4) of the statutes first applies to assessments after the effective date of this subsection.".

AB968-ASA1-AA1,1,8 3. Page 17, line 17: delete lines 17 and 18 and substitute:

AB968-ASA1-AA1,1,9 "(1m) This act takes effect on January 1, 2008.".
