AJR77-ASA2-AA1,1,3 1. Page 3, line 8: after "following" insert "general purpose revenue expenditures".

AJR77-ASA2-AA1,1,5 2. Page 3, line 10: delete that line and substitute "debt, operating notes, or appropriation obligation bonds.".
