AJR77-ASA3-AA2,1,6 "(bm) For a technical college district, the annual percentage increase in either the district's enrollment, in the aggregate, of full-time equivalent students or a formula determined by the legislature by law based on the aggregate of total credits of students enrolled in the district.".
