AJR77-ASA5-AA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AJR77-ASA5-AA4,1,3 1. Page 2, line 2: after "for" insert "moneys used for the University of Wisconsin System, technical colleges, and financial aid programs,".

AJR77-ASA5-AA4,1,4 2. Page 2, line 22: after that line insert:

AJR77-ASA5-AA4,1,9 "(4m) Moneys allocated by the state for financial aid programs and moneys allocated by the state to the University of Wisconsin System and technical colleges in any fiscal year may be no less than the amount allocated for each purpose for the fiscal year in which this section is ratified or for the 2005-07 budget cycle, whichever is greater.".
