AJR77-ASA5-AA6,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AJR77-ASA5-AA6,1,3 1. Page 2, line 2: after "for" insert "moneys used for veterans programs and for the Wisconsin National Guard,".

AJR77-ASA5-AA6,1,4 2. Page 2, line 22: after that line insert:

AJR77-ASA5-AA6,1,8 "(4m) Moneys allocated by the state in any fiscal year for veterans programs and for the Wisconsin National Guard shall be no less than the moneys allocated by the state for each such purpose for the fiscal year in which this section is ratified or for the 2005-07 budget cycle, whichever is greater.".
