AJR77-ASA5-AA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AJR77-ASA5-AA9,1,3 1. Page 2, line 2: after "for" insert "moneys used for the property tax rent credit and the earned income tax credit,".

AJR77-ASA5-AA9,1,4 2. Page 2, line 22: after that line insert:

AJR77-ASA5-AA9,1,8 "(4m) Moneys allocated by the state in any fiscal year for the property tax rent credit and the earned income tax credit shall be no less than the moneys allocated by the state for such purposes for the fiscal year in which this section is ratified or for the 2005-07 budget cycle, whichever is greater.".
