AR6-AA1,1,3 " Section 1m. Assembly rule 9 (7m) is created to read:

AR6-AA1,1,7 Assembly Rule 9 (7m) A member who has a felony charge pending against him or her may not become or continue to serve as a member of the assembly committee on organization; the joint committee on legislative organization; or the assembly or joint committee on finance while the felony charge is pending.".
