AR6-AA4,1,3 " Section 2m. Assembly rule 11 (10m) is created to read:

AR6-AA4,1,8 Assembly Rule 11 (10m) If a chairperson of a committee fails to attend a meeting of the committee, the chairperson is separated from the office of chairperson and may not serve as chairperson of any committee for the rest of the legislative biennium, and the employees assigned to the chairperson because of holding that office are removed as legislative employees.".
