ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 9, TO 2005 ASSEMBLY RESOLUTION 6

AR6-AA9,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:

AR6-AA9,1,2 1. Page 3, line 4: after that line insert:

AR6-AA9,1,3 " Section 2e. Assembly rule 14 (3) is amended to read:

AR6-AA9,1,7 Assembly rule 14 (3) A hearing may not be held until copies of any of the legislation scheduled for hearing are made available to the public for at least 24 hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays specified in section 230.35 (4) (a) of the statutes.

AR6-AA9, s. 2r Section 2r. Assembly rule 14 (4) is created to read:

AR6-AA9,1,10 Assembly rule 14 (4) A hearing may not be held on any bill that has not been introduced or on any resolution that has not been offered.".
