SB403-SSA2-SA3,1,9 "(15r) Multi-unit residence restriction. A residential lease, a condominium declaration, a bylaw or rule of a condominium association, a time-share instrument, as defined in s. 707.02 (28), or a contract relating to the use or ownership of cooperative housing may prohibit the carrying of a concealed weapon or the carrying of a particular type of concealed weapon in or on the property to which that document relates.".
