SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 SENATE BILL 476

SB476-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB476-SA1,1,7 1. Page 2, line 10: delete that line and substitute "official. Appointments shall be made by the town board chairperson during the month of April for terms that expire in April, or during the month of May for terms that expire in May, or at any other time if a vacancy occurs during the middle of a term except that the appointees to the town plan commission may be removed before the expiration of the appointee's term by a majority vote of the town board.".

SB476-SA1,1,10 3. Page 2, line 23: after "April" insert ", or during the month of May for terms that expire in May,".
