SB477-SA6,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB477-SA6,1,2 1. Page 4, line 18: delete "(2) and (3)" and substitute "(2), (2m), and (3)".

SB477-SA6,1,3 2. Page 4, line 23: after that line insert:

SB477-SA6,1,6 "(2m) The rules shall require that the practice of a licensed midwife occur in collaboration, as defined in s. 441.15 (1) (a), with a physician and pursuant to a written agreement with the physician.".
