SB83-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB83-AA1,1,4 1. Page 7, line 2: after that line, on page 2, line 16, of the material inserted by senate amendment 2, delete "None" and substitute "Tax increments received by the city are used to subsidize residential development and none".

SB83-AA1,1,6 2. Page 7, line 2: after that line, on page 2, line 23, of the material inserted by senate amendment 2, after "sub. (2) (cm) and" insert "that at least one of".

SB83-AA1,1,8 3. Page 7, line 2: after that line, on page 2, line 24, of the material inserted by senate amendment 2, after "to c." insert "apply.".
