SJR5-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the joint resolution as follows:

SJR5-SA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 5: delete "occurring" and substitute ", except not at an election occurring in November 2007, that occurs".

SJR5-SA1,1,5 2. Page 2, line 1: delete that line and substitute "first-degree intentional homicide, if the homicide is vicious and the".

SJR5-SA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 2: delete "convictions are" and substitute "conviction is".
