SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2005 SENATE RESOLUTION 2

SR2-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the resolution as follows:

SR2-SA1,1,3 1. Page 10, line 22: delete the material beginning with "If" and ending with "copies." on page 11, line 3.

SR2-SA1,1,4 2. Page 11, line 22: after that line insert:

SR2-SA1,1,5 " Section 27m. Senate rule 25 (3) is created to read:

SR2-SA1,1,7 Senate rule 25 (3) A hearing may not be held on any bill that has not been introduced or on any resolution that has not been offered.".
