ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO 2007 ASSEMBLY BILL 321

AB321-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB321-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 6: after "emergency;" insert "providing state agency status to volunteer providers in mass clinics;".

AB321-AA1,1,4 2. Page 8, line 5: after that line insert:

AB321-AA1,1,5 " Section 6m. 250.042 (4) (a) 3m. of the statutes is created to read:

AB321-AA1,1,9 250.042 (4) (a) 3m. "Mass clinic" means a designated space that is arranged by a local health department or by the department and operated during a defined period of time to provide vaccination, prophylaxis, medication, or other specialized treatment to a population in response to a public health emergency.".

AB321-AA1,1,10 3. Page 8, line 17: after "facility" insert "or mass clinic".
