AB338-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 5: after "(a)" insert "1.".

AB338-AA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 5: after that line insert:

AB338-AA1,1,7 "2. Subsection (1) does not apply to an individual if the felon has been charged with an act of domestic abuse, as defined in s. 813.12 (1) (am), against the individual and the individual has been called, or is likely to be called, to testify as a witness against the felon in any criminal action or proceeding.".
