AB338-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB338-AA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: before that line insert:

AB338-AA2,1,3 " Section 1g. 946.47 (1) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB338-AA2,1,5 946.47 (1) (intro.) Whoever Except as provided in sub. (1m), whoever does either of the following is guilty of a Class I felony:

AB338-AA2, s. 1j Section 1j. 946.47 (1m) of the statutes is created to read:

AB338-AA2,1,10 946.47 (1m) A person who violates sub. (1) (b) is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor if the person is the felon's spouse or if the person is a parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, brother, or sister of the felon, whether by blood, marriage, or adoption.".

AB338-AA2,1,11 2. Page 1, line 3: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1r".
