AB52-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB52-AA2,1,7 1. Page 2, line 11: delete the material beginning with "If" and ending with "veterinarian." on line 13 and substitute "The law enforcement agency shall have the dog examined by a veterinarian on the day of the incident or the next day, on the 10th day after the incident, and on one intervening day. The law enforcement agency shall ensure that the dog is confined when not performing law enforcement functions until the 3rd examination has been performed.".
