AB539-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB539-AA2,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete that line and substitute:

AB539-AA2,1,4 " Section 1g. 146.33 of the statutes is renumbered 146.33 (1) and amended to read:".

AB539-AA2,1,5 2. Page 1, line 4: delete " 146.33 Blood donors." and substitute "146.33 (1)".

AB539-AA2,1,6 3. Page 1, line 7: after that line insert:

AB539-AA2,1,7 " Section 1r. 146.33 (2) of the statutes is created to read:

AB539-AA2,1,10 146.33 (2) A parent may not provide consent under sub. (1) for his or her child to donate blood if the parent knows that the child has a communicable disease that may be transmitted by blood.".
