AB575-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB575-AA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 2: after "patrols" insert "and posting information concerning the
3amount and purposes of boat launching fees".
AB575-AA1,1,4 42. Page 1, line 3: before that line insert:
AB575-AA1,1,5 5" Section 1. 30.77 (3) (e) 1. (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:
AB575-AA1,1,96 30.77 (3) (e) 1. (intro.) A municipality, a public inland lake protection and
7rehabilitation district or a town sanitary district that has in effect an ordinance
8under par. (am) may, by ordinance, charge boat operators reasonable fees for any of
9the following:".

130.77 (4) Publicizing ordinances. All ordinances enacted under sub. (3) shall
2be prominently posted by the local authority which enacted them and, for ordinances
3enacted under sub. (3) (ac) 2., by all local authorities having jurisdiction over the
4lake, at all public access points within the local authority's jurisdiction and also shall
5be filed with the department. A local authority that has enacted an ordinance
6imposing a fee under sub. (3) (e) 1. a. or (f) on a boat operator using a public boat
7launching facility shall prominently post at the boat launching facility the amount
8of each fee and the purpose for which it is imposed.
