AB61-AA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB61-AA3,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: after "committees" insert "and providing a penalty".

AB61-AA3,1,3 2. Page 2, line 18: after that line insert:

AB61-AA3,1,4 " Section 3. 11.61 (1) (c) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB61-AA3,1,9 11.61 (1) (c) Whoever intentionally violates any provision of this chapter other than s. 11.24 (4) and those provided provisions specified in par. (a) and whoever intentionally violates any provision under par. (b) where the intentional violation concerns a specific figure which does not exceed $100 in amount or value may be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than 6 months or both.".
