AB72-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB72-ASA1-AA2,1,2 1. Page 7, line 10: delete lines 10 to 23 and substitute:

AB72-ASA1-AA2,1,8 "(1c) Lapse any unencumbered moneys in general purpose revenue appropriation accounts. Notwithstanding section 20.001 (3) (a) to (c) of the statutes, the secretary of administration shall lapse to the general fund from the unencumbered balances of state operations appropriations of general purpose revenue, other than sum sufficient appropriations, an amount equal to $11,132,000 during the 2006-07 fiscal year.".
