SB150-SA4,1,2 1. Page 10, line 10: after that line insert:

SB150-SA4,1,3 " Section 50g. 101.123 (3) (ks) of the statutes is created to read:

SB150-SA4,1,5 101.123 (3) (ks) A retail establishment that sells cigars, as provided under sub. (3r).".

SB150-SA4,1,7 " Section 51m. 101.123 (3r) of the statutes is created to read:

SB150-SA4,1,10 101.123 (3r) Cigar retailers. The owner of a retail establishment selling cigars may allow customers to sample cigars in order for the customers to determine whether to make a purchase if all of the following apply:

SB150-SA4,1,13 (a) The retail establishment derives not less than 50 percent of its annual gross income from the on-site sale of tobacco, tobacco products, or tobacco product accessories.

SB150-SA4,2,3 (b) The retail establishment, if it adjoins to another establishment, is sufficiently ventilated to prevent smoke from entering any adjoining establishment.".
