SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2007 SENATE BILL 257

SB257-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB257-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: before that line insert:

SB257-SA1,1,3 " Section 1d. 942.08 (1) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB257-SA1,1,6 942.08 (1) (b) "Private place" means a place where a person may reasonably expect to be safe from being observed without his or her knowledge and consent and includes a locker room or a dressing room.

SB257-SA1, s. 1h Section 1h. 942.08 (2) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB257-SA1,1,12 942.08 (2) (b) For the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification and without the consent of each person who is present in the private place, looks into a private place that is in a school building or on any school grounds or that is, or is part of, a public accommodation, as defined in s. 134.48 (1) (b), and in which a person may reasonably be expected to be nude or partially nude.

SB257-SA1, s. 1p Section 1p. 942.08 (2) (c) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB257-SA1,2,5 942.08 (2) (c) For the purpose of sexual arousal or gratification, looks into a private place that is in a school building or on any school grounds or that is, or is part of, a public accommodation, as defined in s. 134.48 (1) (b), and in which a person may reasonably be expected to be nude or partially nude but in which no person is present.".
