SB397-SSA1-SA1,1,4 1. Page 5, line 8: after "others" insert ", unless another person assumes the responsibilities under this section that arise from the sale of the licensed video display devices".

SB397-SSA1-SA1,1,5 2. Page 6, line 23: after that line insert:
