SB473-SA3,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB473-SA3,1,2 1. Page 7, line 12: after that line insert:

SB473-SA3,1,7 "(c) Except as provided under sub. (4), a scrap metal dealer may disclose personally identifiable information recorded or maintained under this subsection only to a successor in interest to the scrap metal dealer, including a successor in interest that arises as a result of a merger, sale, assignment, restructuring, or change of control.".

SB473-SA3,1,9 2. Page 7, line 14: delete the material beginning with "or" and ending with "entity" on line 15.

SB473-SA3,1,10 3. Page 8, line 6: after that line insert:

SB473-SA3,2,3 "(d) Notwithstanding s. 19.35 (1), a law enforcement officer or agency that receives a record under par. (a) or a report under par. (c) may disclose it only to another law enforcement officer or agency.".
