AB144-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 7: after that line insert:

AB144-AA1,1,3 " Section 2L. Initial applicability.

AB144-AA1,1,7 (1) If a person is subject to a contract that is in effect on the effective date of this subsection and that contract contains a provision that is inconsistent with this act, this act first applies to that person when that contract expires or is modified, extended, or renewed, whichever occurs first.".
