AB21-AA1,1,2 1. Page 4, line 16: after that line insert:

AB21-AA1,1,7 "(2c) Discharge or other discrimination. Subject to subsection (1), this act first applies to a discharge of or other act of discrimination against an operator, as defined in section 103.88 (1) (c) of the statutes, as created by this act, or other employee in violation of section 103.88 (2) or (3) of the statutes, as created by this act, occurring on the effective date of this subsection.".
