AB47-SA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB47-SA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 13: delete lines 13 to 18 and substitute:
AB47-SA1,1,3 3"1. "Disqualified offender" means any of the following:
AB47-SA1,1,54 a. A person who is required to comply with the reporting requirements under
5s. 301.45 (1g).
AB47-SA1,1,86 b. A person who has been convicted of a violation of s. 940.01 or a violation of
7the law of another state or the United States that would be a violation of s. 940.01
8if committed in this state.".
AB47-SA1,1,10 92. Page 2, line 22: delete "has been convicted of a disqualifying offense" and
10substitute "is a disqualified offender".
