SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2009 ASSEMBLY BILL 47

AB47-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB47-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 13: delete lines 13 to 18 and substitute:

AB47-SA1,1,3 "1. "Disqualified offender" means any of the following:

AB47-SA1,1,5 a. A person who is required to comply with the reporting requirements under s. 301.45 (1g).

AB47-SA1,1,8 b. A person who has been convicted of a violation of s. 940.01 or a violation of the law of another state or the United States that would be a violation of s. 940.01 if committed in this state.".

AB47-SA1,1,10 2. Page 2, line 22: delete "has been convicted of a disqualifying offense" and substitute "is a disqualified offender".

AB47-SA1,1,12 3. Page 3, line 6: delete "has been convicted of a disqualifying offense" and substitute "is a disqualified offender".

AB47-SA1,1,13 4. Page 3, line 7: delete "is" and substitute "becomes".

AB47-SA1,2,2 5. Page 3, line 8: delete "convicted of a disqualifying offense" and substitute "a disqualified offender".

AB47-SA1,2,3 6. Page 3, line 9: delete "is convicted of" and substitute "becomes".

AB47-SA1,2,5 7. Page 3, line 10: delete "disqualifying offense" and substitute "disqualified offender".

AB47-SA1,2,6 8. Page 3, line 13: delete "has been convicted of" and substitute "is".

AB47-SA1,2,8 9. Page 3, line 14: delete "disqualifying offense" and substitute "disqualified offender".
