AB558-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB558-AA2,1,2 1. Page 5, line 19: delete that line.

AB558-AA2,1,9 2. Page 5, line 20: delete "has the meaning given in s. 813.12 (1) (ag)" and substitute "means a romantic or intimate social relationship between 2 individuals but "dating relationship" does not include a casual relationship or an ordinary fraternization between 2 individuals in a business or social context. A court shall determine if a dating relationship existed by considering the length of the relationship, the type of the relationship, and the frequency of the interaction between the individuals involved in the relationship".
