AB755-ASA2-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB755-ASA2-AA1,1,3 1. Page 11, line 4: delete "Agrees" and substitute "For an improvement or application for which the estimated cost of completion is $1,000,000 or more, agrees".

AB755-ASA2-AA1,1,5 2. Page 11, line 4: delete "an improvement" and substitute "such an improvement".
