AB768-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB768-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: before that line insert:

AB768-AA1,1,3 " Section 1d. 560.799 (1) (br) of the statutes is created to read:

AB768-AA1,1,4 560.799 (1) (br) "Political subdivision" means a city, village, town, or county.".

AB768-AA1,1,5 2. Page 1, line 3: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1m".

AB768-AA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 2: after that line insert:

AB768-AA1,1,7 " Section 2m. 560.799 (3) (d) of the statutes is created to read:

AB768-AA1,1,11 560.799 (3) (d) Notwithstanding pars. (b) and (c), the department shall designate as enterprise zones at least 2 areas in political subdivisions with populations of less than 5,000 and at least 2 areas in political subdivisions with populations of 5,000 or more but less than 30,000.".
