AB789-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB789-ASA1-AA2,1,3 1. Page 1, line 12: delete "analysts for" and substitute "analysts, marriage and family therapists, and professional counselors for".

AB789-ASA1-AA2,1,4 2. Page 9, line 11: after that line insert:

AB789-ASA1-AA2,1,6 " Section 17m. 632.895 (12m) (b) 3. of the statutes, as created by 2009 Wisconsin Act 28, is amended to read:

AB789-ASA1-AA2,1,10 632.895 (12m) (b) 3. A social worker, as defined in s. 252.15 (1) (er), who a marriage and family therapist, as defined in s. 457.01 (3), or a professional counselor, as defined in s. 457.01 (7), each of whom is certified or licensed to practice psychotherapy, as defined in s. 457.01 (8m).".
