AB812-AA2,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB812-AA2,1,3 21. Page 3, line 12: after "office" insert "during a period when a finding of
3unenforceability under s. 11.38 (9) is in effect".
AB812-AA2,1,5 42. Page 4, line 18: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with
5page 5, line 3.
AB812-AA2,1,7 63. Page 5, line 9: after "office" insert "during a period when a finding of
7unenforceability under sub. (9) is in effect".
AB812-AA2,1,8 84. Page 6, line 6: after that line insert:
AB812-AA2,1,9 9" Section 7m. 11.38 (9) of the statutes is created to read:
AB812-AA2,2,210 11.38 (9) If a court with jurisdiction in this state finds in a reported decision,
11whether or not applicable in this state, that a prohibition against the making of
12political expenditures by corporations or similar entities is not enforceable for
13constitutional reasons, or if any such court later finds in a reported decision that such

1a prohibition is enforceable, the board shall promptly publish a finding to that effect
2in the Wisconsin Administrative Register.".
