SB181-AA21,1,2 At the locations indicated, amend the bill, as shown by senate substitute amendment 1, as follows:

SB181-AA21,1,3 1. Page 14, line 22: delete lines 22 to 25 and substitute:

SB181-AA21,1,4 " Section 74c. 101.123 (8) (dg) of the statutes is created to read:

SB181-AA21,1,6 101.123 (8) (dg) There is no penalty for a violation of sub. (2m) and the general penalty provision under s. 939.61 (1) does not apply to the violation.".

SB181-AA21,1,7 2. Page 15, line 1: delete lines 1 to 7.

SB181-AA21,1,8 3. Page 15, line 9: after "consider" insert "a violation of s. 101.123 (2m) or".
