SB181-SSA1-SA12,1,3 " Section 66m. 101.123 (3) (n) of the statutes is created to read:

SB181-SSA1-SA12,1,6 101.123 (3) (n) Any enclosed place where a ventilation system cleanses the air at least 8 times per hour and also circulates an additional 40 cubic feet of outside air per minute for each smoker who is present in the enclosed place.".
