SB276-ASA1-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:
SB276-ASA1-AA1,1,3 21. Page 1, line 2: after "sites" insert "and qualifications of newspapers eligible
3to publish legal notices".
SB276-ASA1-AA1,1,4 42. Page 2, line 12: after that line insert:
SB276-ASA1-AA1,1,5 5" Section 1g. 985.03 (1) (a) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:
SB276-ASA1-AA1,1,106 985.03 (1) (a) (intro.) No publisher of any newspaper in this state shall be
7awarded or be entitled to any compensation or fee for the publishing of any legal
8notice unless, for at least 2 1 of the 5 years immediately before the date of the notice
9publication, the newspaper has been published regularly and continuously in the
10city, village or town where published, and has had a bona fide paid circulation:".

266.0145 of the statutes".
