SB276-ASA1-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

SB276-ASA1-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: after "sites" insert "and qualifications of newspapers eligible to publish legal notices".

SB276-ASA1-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 12: after that line insert:

SB276-ASA1-AA1,1,5 " Section 1g. 985.03 (1) (a) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

SB276-ASA1-AA1,1,10 985.03 (1) (a) (intro.) No publisher of any newspaper in this state shall be awarded or be entitled to any compensation or fee for the publishing of any legal notice unless, for at least 2 1 of the 5 years immediately before the date of the notice publication, the newspaper has been published regularly and continuously in the city, village or town where published, and has had a bona fide paid circulation:".

SB276-ASA1-AA1,2,2 3. Page 2, line 14: delete "This act" and substitute "The treatment of section 66.0145 of the statutes".
