SB30-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB30-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: before that line insert:

SB30-SA1,1,3 " Section 1c. 125.07 (1) (a) 1. of the statutes is amended to read:

SB30-SA1,1,8 125.07 (1) (a) 1. No person may procure for, sell, dispense, or give away any alcohol beverages to any underage person not unless the underage person is accompanied by his or her parent, guardian, or spouse who has attained the legal drinking age and, if on licensed premises, the underage person is at least 18 years of age.".

SB30-SA1,1,9 2. Page 2, line 1: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1m".
