SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO 2009 SENATE BILL 388

SB388-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB388-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: delete "Examining" and substitute "Affiliated Credentialing".

SB388-SA1,1,4 2. Page 3, line 1: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 4, line 2.

SB388-SA1,1,5 3. Page 4, line 3: delete "15.405 (6r)" and substitute "15.406 (6)".

SB388-SA1,1,6 4. Page 4, line 4: delete that line and substitute:

SB388-SA1,1,8 "15.406 (6) (a) 2. One public member who satisfies the requirements under s. 460.03 (2m) (b).".

SB388-SA1,1,9 5. Page 4, line 5: delete lines 5 to 10 and substitute:

SB388-SA1,1,11 " Section 3m. 15.407 (7) of the statutes is renumbered 15.406 (6), and 15.406 (6) (title), (a) and (b) (intro.), 2. and 3., as renumbered, are amended to read:

SB388-SA1,2,6 15.406 (6) (title) Massage therapy and bodywork council therapy affiliated credentialing board. (a) There is created in the department of regulation and licensing, attached to the medical examining board, a massage therapy and bodywork council in the department of regulation and licensing, serving the department in an advisory capacity therapy affiliated credentialing board. The council affiliated credentialing board shall consist of the following 7".
