SB465-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB465-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: before that line insert:

SB465-SA1,1,4 " Section 1d. 20.395 (5) (ek) of the statutes, as affected by 2009 Wisconsin 28, is amended to read:

SB465-SA1,1,8 20.395 (5) (ek) Safe-ride grant program; state funds. From the general fund, all moneys transferred from the appropriation account under s. 20.435 (5) (hx), 9.75 percent of the moneys received under s. 814.60 (1), and 9.75 percent of the moneys received under s. 343.21 (1) (jr) for the purpose of awarding grants under s. 85.55.".

SB465-SA1,1,9 2. Page 1, line 3: delete " Section 1" and substitute "Section 1m".

SB465-SA1,1,10 3. Page 2, line 8: after that line insert:

SB465-SA1,1,11 " Section 2m. Effective date.

SB465-SA1,1,12 (1) This act takes effect on July 1, 2010.".
