AB10-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB10-AA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 15: after "2" insert "and with par. (b) 3.".

AB10-AA1,1,3 2. Page 4, line 3: after that line insert:

AB10-AA1,1,5 "3. Before engaging in the activity described in par. (a), a flood storage loss analysis shall have been conducted for the activity.

AB10-AA1,1,7 (c) A person who engages in the activity described in par. (a) may not receive any flood damage aid payments under s. 86.34.".
