AB3-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB3-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 20: after that line insert:

AB3-AA1,1,6 "1m. No person may claim a credit under this subsection if the person's business relocates to this state and locates within 10 miles of another business in this state that is producing, manufacturing, or selling similar goods or products or providing similar services.".

AB3-AA1,1,7 2. Page 4, line 20: after that line insert:
