AB3-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB3-AA2,1,2 1. Page 7, line 16: after that line insert:

AB3-AA2,1,8 "(1m) Report. No later than 16 months after the day after publication of this act, the department of commerce shall complete a report assessing the effectiveness of the credits under sections 71.07 (9s), 71.28 (9s), and 71.47 (9s) of the statutes, as created by this act, and shall specify the type and number of jobs created by the credits. The report shall be submitted to the governor and to the legislature as provided under section 13.172 (2) of the statutes.".
