AB5-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB5-SA2,1,4 1. Page 1, line 2: after "legislation" insert "and legislation decreasing or modifying general school aids, general transportation aids, and shared revenue payments, and legislation that will likely increase local property taxes".

AB5-SA2,1,7 2. Page 1, line 4: after " rates" insert "or local property taxes, or decreasing or modifying general school aids, general transportation aids, or shared revenue payments".

AB5-SA2,1,12 3. Page 1, line 6: after "franchise tax" insert "or that decreases general school aids, general transportation aids, or shared revenue payments from the amount appropriated in the prior fiscal year or that modifies the distribution of general school aids, general transportation aids, or shared revenue payments or that will likely increase local property taxes".
